How to Use Celtic Salt with Water
@Cassandra Williams and All… per our Friday discussion. Wanted to look into this one a little more with context. Celtic salt is meant to be used intentionally, not in every glass of water throughout the day. Morning hydration Use a small pinch of Celtic salt in your first glass of water after waking. This helps rehydrate the body after sleep and supports proper water absorption at the cellular level. Post-workout or heavy sweating Add a pinch of salt after intense exercise, sauna use, or heavy sweating. This is when the body has actually lost sodium and needs replenishment. Throughout the rest of the day Drink plain water. Your body does not lose electrolytes continuously, and adding salt to every drink is unnecessary and may lead to bloating, excess thirst, or water retention. Key reminder Salt is a support tool, not a constant additive. Morning replenishment and post-sweat recovery are the right times to use it. Let thirst and whole foods guide hydration the rest of the day.
