What I’m realizing on this healing journey is that I’m not avoiding certain foods just to lose weight. I’m choosing not to eat them because they don’t support my health and they bring no real nutritional value to my body. At some point, it stops being about restriction and becomes about standards. There’s really no negotiating with health you either choose foods that nourish and strengthen you, or you keep bargaining with habits that don’t truly serve you.

No? Get one. Entrepreneurship is critical in this season. Traditional systems are failing. With it, there will be consequence of infrastructure. Grow some food Store some water Buy a generator Keep some CASH…

For me the 72hr monthly is definitely a sweet spot! Immune cell-regeneration is top tier! I haven’t had so much as a common cold since 2022! (Paused to knock on wood) 🤣🤣 Homestretch!! Who’s joining me next month?!!
