🌿 Reminder: Nurturing the Body as a Spiritual Vessel – Tomorrow Night! 🌿
Just a reminder that tomorrow night from 6:00–7:00 p.m., we’ll be gathering for Nurturing the Body as a Spiritual Vessel, taught by Alethea Gaukel of Rowan Tree Holistic Arts! ✨
Your body is more than something that carries you through life—it is the home of your intuition, your energy, and your connection to Spirit.
In this class, Alethea will guide us in exploring the importance of nurturing the physical body as part of our spiritual and intuitive journey. We’ll explore how the body communicates through sensations and signals, how stress and nervous system dysregulation can affect our ability to feel grounded and connected, and how practices such as intentional movement, breath, grounding, rest, and presence can help us reconnect with ourselves.
You’ll leave with simple, supportive practices you can incorporate into everyday life to help you feel more grounded, present, and at home within yourself. 💚
I highly recommend registering ahead of time to ensure you have a spot, as Alethea’s followers may also be signing up for the class.

You can join us in person or online at 7:30 p.m.
The gathering is scheduled for 30 minutes, so please arrive sometime within that first 30-minute window. As long as members are present and would like additional support, I’m happy to stay anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes so we have time to help those who attend. 🌿
