I’m so excited to share this meditation with you — this one feels especially meaningful.

This recording was created during a time when I (Kristi Collins) was doing my own inner child healing, and I reached out to my friend Jef Ploger to help bring this experience to life. He beautifully voiced this meditation, and I created the video to share it with you. 💜

This is a father-to-daughter inner child meditation — a deeply nurturing experience designed to support emotional safety, comfort, and the ability to receive grounded, protective love.

It’s for the parts of you that may still be longing to feel:

• safe

• held

• protected

• deeply loved — simply for being you

This meditation is also infused with distance Reiki, supporting your nervous system in softening, receiving, and integrating each time you listen.
