Step 1 — Record Your Sprint
🎥 Film a 10–40 yard sprint (max effort) from the side angle & back angle if possible.
Step 2 — Answer 3 Quick Questions
When you send your sprint, include answers to these:
- What sport do you play & what's your goal?
- How strong are you in basic lifts like Squats & RDLs? If you don't lift, that's perfectly fine
- Any injuries or past problems I should know about?
Step 3 — Submit for Review

2. Go Through the Free Mini Course
While you wait for me to send the sprint analysis feedback, in the “Classroom,” start with the first 2 courses.
These will teach you how to train for speed & find your speed development weak link.
