Home roasting
Hi all,
I'm hoping to properly get into home roasting soon, when I have enough £ for the Kaleido M2: https://kaleidostorm.com/products/kaleido-m2-dual-system-electric-heating-coffee-roaster-50-400g-kaleido-artisan-system
I currently roast on an air roaster I bought from AliExpress a few years back, but the controls are very limited and so it's hard to reproduce a roast.
The plan is to roast enough for myself and a few family members, so a 400g max batch size shouldn't be too small...or is it?
If you have any advice, or know of a comparable machine that would allow me to roast in the same way (artisan connected), let me know!
