Bulletproof Coffee
Does anyone drink these in the morning?
I was on a call the other day with a client and we were talking about caffeine, etc and he drinks bulletproof coffees and I had no idea what they were.
For a few days now I've been having them and they are delicious.
Here's what I put in them:
- Around 200 ml of black coffee
- One tablespoon of good quality unsalted butter
- One tablespoon of Coconut oil
- Some cinnamon
