Brewing Guilt: Can My Coffee Ritual Be Eco-Friendly?
Sometimes, as I snug a paper filter into my V60, a tiny pang of guilt creeps in—am I secretly adding to environmental woes by using paper filters? I try to save the spent coffee grounds to use as fertilizer.. is this enough to make a contribution in the circular economy in coffee? or am I just caffeinating my conscience?
