Our team is active – be active too! 🏃‍♂️🌲🌞

Last weekend, our team took part in a running event in Třeboň – a beautiful historic town famous for its stunning nature full of ponds.🌿

Five of us ran the 10k route: Adam, Kačka, Káťa, Lada and Lucka. And special mention goes to Sabča and Vojta, who lined up for the MARATHON!😎 For the first time in their lives, they ran this distance, which is unbelievable to many people, and did an amazing job!💪 Both crossed the finish line with smiles on their faces, backed by the support of the rest of us.😁 Another important part of our team was Pavel, whose magic hands helped us all recover after our runs with fantastic massages.🙌 The whole weekend was filled with athletic achievements, beautiful views, sunny weather, and, above all, a wonderful group of people. ❤️

So, what is the message in all this for you?

As you can see, we are all movement enthusiasts here, and we love passing that enthusiasm on to all of you! Whether as a coach, massage therapist, physiotherapist, or receptionist, we are here for you and want to support you just as we support one another in achieving our best performance. 🤩
