Hello, Gatherers If anyone has started the previous project please share or comment below, remember you don’t need everything figured out, you don’t need a perfect set up! You just need to plant the seed. Remember growth doesn’t come from waiting it comes from beginning. Here a small update on my process growing flowers for this season.

Community Project!
We’re starting a community project, keep in mind what growing zone your in before you begin and we are keeping it simple on purpose! 🦋 one vegetable 🦋 one container 🦋 one shared experience The Chosen vegetable is “Lettuce” Week 1- gather all your supplies Lettuce seeds, containers, potting soil and water. Post a picture or video of your week 1 process. Week 2- fill your container with potting soil. Sprinkle your seeds lightly on top/ read seed packet teaches us how to learn and follow seeding directions. Then cover lightly with more soil. Lastly water gently. Post pictures or video of your progress! So that we can cheer you on! Week 2/3 Continue watering when dry, place under lights or in the sun, don’t over think it! Week 3/4 SPROUTING this we celebrate!! Post post post every sprout counts and it’s celebrated here!!

From Seed to Bloom!
For the Month of March, we're growing one flower together as a community. Not a Garden Not ten varieties. Just one flower. Because flourishing starts with one seed! Choose your flower: 🌻Sunflower 🥀Zinnia 🐛Marigold 💖Cosmos 🐛Canna Lily 🥀your preferred choice Please reply with your choice, where your planting (pot or raised bed etc) Date planned, sun exposure (location) and your zone (see classroom resources to find out which growing zone you are in)
