These are two much more difficult podcasts but they've been my "intensive" study focus the last few months and probably into the future for some time because they're hard! Sometimes I can just listen to them without stopping to look anything up, but mostly its still a struggle. Especially the first podcast because of the varying accents. This is a very good beginner podcast if you're looking for a first podcast. She goes through a short story very slowly with some english prompts for comprehension then repeats in a more fluid pace. If you've used it, let me know what you think :)

I highly recommend the language transfer podcast https://www.languagetransfer.org/courses#complete-spanish It's completely free and focuses on how you can really start to speak. It was the first thing I listened to when I started learning Spanish and I still use many of the strategies. It's an approach that teaches you how to build the language and the build the grammar rules without purely memorizing them.
