OMAD
Today I started my journey with OMAD. I am not new to this concept one meal a day I have just never fully committed to it in my own journey. For years I have done intermittent fasting and a majority carnivore diet. However I would break my fast at 1pm and still eat until 8pm. I would eat any and all calories during that time and still felt the bloating and cravings. So why not take it one step further and go OMAD. I can still get in my macros and calories in one meal. This will help with the true benefit of fasting and get my body to lock in fully. Join me on this journey.

Christmas meal guilt
A lot of us tend to battle with holiday food guilt. This is not the time of year to say “fuck it” and toss your diet out the window because it’s the holidays. This is the time of year to give yourself some grace to enjoy yourself, just don’t over indulge and allow yourself to justify it because of the holidays. The goal this time of year is to maintain and make forward progress while allowing yourself to enjoy the Christmas season.

New addition to The Kitchen
New Update Inside the Kitchen: The Cravings & Supplementation section is now live. This one goes deep into what your cravings actually mean — and how to respond to them through nourishment instead of restriction. You’ll also find a guide on the key nutrients most people are missing and how to naturally restore balance through food (and light supplementation when needed). If you’ve ever felt frustrated by constant sugar, salt, or chocolate cravings, this will help you understand what your body is really asking for. Go check it out in the Kitchen and drop your biggest takeaway once you read it — I’d love to hear what connects for you most.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake
I made this chocolate peanut butter cake during the week. A great substitute for an actual cake. It is made with two gala apples, two eggs, 2 tablespoons of cacao powder, 1 tablespoon of baking powder half cup of flour and peanut butter chips. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°
