Hello my SA is Lekker fam 🇿🇦
Feeling a little under the weather today 🤧 so I made my go-to one pan wonder for dinner… simple, hearty and full of flavour 🍲✨
Nothing fancy. Just real food, all chopped up and roasted to perfection ❤️
Here’s the recipe:
🥔 Potatoes
🫑 Green pepper
🫑 Red pepper
🫑 Yellow pepper
🧅 Onion
🎃 Butternut
🌭 Sausage of your choice
👉 Chop everything up
👉 Drizzle with olive oil
👉 Add salt & paprika
👉 Toss it all together
👉 Bake in the oven for about 1 hour (until golden and cooked through)
Oh and dont forget the mushrooms
That’s it! One pan. Easy clean-up. Big flavour.
