The cold front is making its way across the country, and Gauteng is expected to feel the chill from later today. 🥶

We topped up our gas bottles and made sure the blankets are ready! 🧣☕🔥 If you're planning on using heaters, gas heaters, candles, or any other way to stay warm, please remember to do so safely.

A few quick reminders:

✅ Keep heaters and candles away from anything.

✅ Don't leave heating appliances unattended.

✅ Check gas fittings and close cylinders when not in use.

✅ Avoid overloading plugs and extension leads.

✅ Keep an eye on the little ones around heaters and open flames.

And for those hitting the roads early in the morning, take it easy. While no snow is expected in Gauteng, icy conditions can still make roads slippery.
