I’m feeling called to host another fast , this time a free-for-all fast where you choose what aligns with your body.
Thursday – Friday – Saturday
72 hours (your time starts after your last meal on Wednesday)
I’ll personally be repeating a water fast, but this fast is not one-size-fits-all. You can choose what feels right for you and name it + claim it for these 72 hours:
• Water fast
• Whole fruits & veggies
• Just fruit
• Juicing
• Dry fast
• Intermittent fasting
• Or a mix & match that your body agrees with
We just completed a 72-hour water fast yesterday, but my body is clearly asking for more water and stillness , so I’m honoring that call.
If you feel moved to join me, I’ll be hosting a Zoom call Wednesday at 8 PM CST to set intentions, answer questions, and ground into the fast together.
And just as important , if your body says “not right now”, or tells you to wait until the end of February, please listen. There is no pressure, no proving, no forcing. Alignment always comes first.
