We choose who we are…
Radiant rising to all of you extraordinary people! This morning i decided to start my morning formula with a self check-in. I’ve been feeling a little mundane and I needed to understand why so I journaled by recording a voice memo (I personally do not enjoy handwriting especially when I have so much to say). So I brain dumped everything I’ve been feeling and thinking. But something happened during the process that helped me realign with who I wanna be. In the process of learning more about who I am diving into the human design charts., listening to books and trainings and classes… I forgot that regardless of who I am on paper and as much as I love learning about my DNA, I can choose to change anything at any moment. Essentially, that’s what we’re here to do right? We’re here to manifest our lives. We are consciously creating who we are and therefore the experiences that we have. Every single day. We choose our futures by deciding who we want to be. So regardless of what our gene codes are, if there’s something that doesn’t service or if there’s something that we don’t love… we can simply choose something else. So today, I am choosing to be extraordinary. And I’m choosing to be grateful for it. Join me. Let’s create something new.

The Ember Method - Rituals of Silencing and Listening to Self
Is it Tuesday (or Monday?) my body can't quite figure it out today 🤣 I am about to dive into creating your own "Morning Ritual" which I call the Ember Method. This will be available in the classroom - hopefully this week. I would love to know which methods you want to learn about first. I am for SURE going to do Meditation, but which others do you want to learn about right away? Here are a few examples... - Meditation - Visualization - Prayer - Focused attention - Breathwork - Journaling your thoughts or emotions - Writing or speaking affirmations - Practicing gratitude lists - Bless & release rituals - Pulling tarot or oracle cards for guidance - Listening or moving to music

So Ive just been wondering how has everyone else's brains have been processing since this first class? I know mine has been exploding, exploring and encouraging itself to dive deeper, just wanted to see how everyone else's holiday weekend with this new perspective went?
