Is it Tuesday (or Monday?) my body can't quite figure it out today 🤣
I am about to dive into creating your own "Morning Ritual" which I call the Ember Method. This will be available in the classroom - hopefully this week.
I would love to know which methods you want to learn about first. I am for SURE going to do Meditation, but which others do you want to learn about right away?
Here are a few examples...
  • Meditation
  • Visualization
  • Prayer
  • Focused attention
  • Breathwork
  • Journaling your thoughts or emotions
  • Writing or speaking affirmations
  • Practicing gratitude lists
  • Bless & release rituals
  • Pulling tarot or oracle cards for guidance
  • Listening or moving to music
