Are You Unconsciously Absorbing Everyone Else's Stress?
I just wanted to share that I really enjoyed today’s meditation and group conversation. 🧘‍♀️
There was something uniquely powerful about today's practice, especially as we explored how to handle the different energies and noisy interruptions swirling around our spaces. One part that really stayed with me was ’s share about her realization as a wedding planner that she unconsciously absorbs everyone else's stress, and how she visualized an energetic filter at the top of her head to protect her body. 🛡️ I also loved 's reflection on finding peace within her pregnancy tiredness, and her beautiful group reminder to declare "that's not mine" whenever we find ourselves accidentally taking on someone else's chaotic frequency.
It felt like such a grounding mental exercise and a beautiful reminder that while we can't always control the environments or shifting moods of the people around us, we always have the power to return to our breath, protect our inner alignment, and remain patient for the things we want in life.
