Saturday session!
Hey Soul Rich Society 🌿
This Saturday at 2pm I'm bringing something really close to my heart to our weekly session, and I think many of us may feel this one deeply.
We're talking about why healing isn't linear.
You know that feeling when something you thought you'd already worked through shows back up? That pattern, that trigger, that old wound...and your first instinct is to think, "what is wrong with me?"
I want to offer you a completely different way of seeing that.
What if it's not coming back because you failed, but because there's a layer you're finally ready to meet?
This Saturday we're going to:
🌀 Reframe the spiral of healing
🤍 Do a somatic check-in together
✨ Move through a guided visualization to meet your recurring pattern with love
💬 Share and be witnessed as a community
I'll also be sharing something personal...my own ongoing relationship with health perfectionism and what it taught me about grace.
