Why Real Breakthroughs Are So Hard To Reach..
Hello family 💛 Happy Tuesday. Hope you are having a great week so far. I want to share a perspective that shifted my thinking profoundly. It is one you can always come back to and find new realizations each time. The deeper you go on this journey the more it will mean to you. The concept might sound simple at first. But the deeper you look the more it opens up. And honestly it can get a little unsettling. Here it is. Everything you do is survival. Every thought. Every reaction. Every habit. Every relationship you hold onto. Every opinion you defend. All of it is your mind trying to keep you as you are. Not your body. Your identity. The version of you that feels safe and familiar. And here is where it gets interesting. Your brain is not trying to make you happy. It is trying to keep you the same. Surviving the best way it knows how. That is why change feels like a threat even when the change is good for you. That is why you keep going back to old patterns even after you have clearly outgrown them. That is why growth is uncomfortable. Because a part of you has to die. The old thoughts. The old habits. The people and environments you have known. And most importantly the core beliefs and identity you have built your whole life around. The people who truly transform are not the ones who add more to themselves. They are the ones willing to release the old version of themselves completely. Not tweak it. Not manage it. Release it. The discomfort you feel when you try to change is not a sign to stop. It is a sign that something real is happening. 🔥 This is why real breakthroughs are so hard to reach. Whether it is manifesting, a new career, a relationship, your health or any area of life where you want to grow. Most people stop just before the shift happens. Not because they lack the desire. But because walking through the discomfort and the unfamiliar territory becomes too much and eventually overpowers their effort. I share this not to overwhelm but to bring awareness.

It did resonate with me but I am a strong advocate that true transformation is possible and yes it does require lots of work. It’s not easy, but very attainable. Doing Shadow Work and digging deeper to release the areas of who you thought you should be and why you became that way is just as important as knowing why you must change the way you are to the way you desire to be. It is an on-going journey because as I have learned, I’m continually growing into who I was destined to be and that always requires releasing parts of me, my thoughts, my beliefs, my emotions, people, places and even things. Nothing remains as everything has an expiration date.

You Are Worthy Of Your Own Love
Hello family 💛 Hope you are having an amazing weekend. Hope you are taking time out for yourself to rest and recharge. Here is something for you to think about as the weekend is ending. Hopefully it inspires and reminds you how amazing you are as a being experiencing this human journey. I want you to think back to a time in your life when you were reminiscing on a past moment. Like the times when you went through some old photos. Maybe a picture of yourself when you were a baby or younger. And you think to yourself... I was so cute. I was so young. Time has passed by so fast. And you get those sudden emotions that inhabit your body when you see it in the moment. Think about that feeling. What was it? Maybe a feeling of joy. A feeling of slight sorrow. Warmth. You may think about how adorable you looked. Then you think back on what was going on at that time. And you may think about how hard you were on yourself. How mean you may have been to yourself. Or how unaware and innocent you were. And there's usually a hope or a wish that begins to bubble up. That hope or wish usually sounds like... I wish I could tell myself. I wish I could say to that version of me... I want you to feel into the energy of that wish. That hope. That feeling you want to impart to that part of you in the photo. Now here's the key. Those are the moments when you experience or can practice self-love. That's what self-love feels like when practiced intentionally. When you actually have self-love or a loving relationship with yourself, you reduce the amount of time between you and that feeling. You're able to look at yourself in the mirror today and maybe not love what you see perfectly or completely... but you can still access that compassion. All self-love really is, is being compassionate towards any inner experience that feels painful. But it comes from a deeper sense of understanding. A deeper sense of acceptance. Like being able to put yourself in the shoes of the moment and realizing you were only able to do as good as you knew how to.
