This was a great session. I got so much out of it. The idea that our brains want to keep us safe and so keep up stuck is a comforting perspective for me. The session reminded me of books I have read in the past such as 'The Chimp Paradox: The Mind Management Programme for Confidence, Success and Happiness' by Dr Steve Peters and 'The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks and Win Your Inner Creative Battles' by Steven Pressfield. I'm looking forward to trying Katie's 'Prove It' method. Thanks @Kate Barry .
Why Spiritually Sensitive People Struggle in 9 to 5s
Hello family ✨ Hope you are having a great week If you're currently working a 9 to 5 or have struggled in one, you might relate to this. People on the spiritual journey often get labeled as lazy, entitled, or difficult when it comes to certain work environments. But that's not the case. As you progress on your journey, the traditional work environment can become more of a struggle. More stressful. Less aligned. That's because your nervous system starts to detect misalignment immediately. You don't just hear words anymore. You feel undercurrents. Unspoken tensions. Hidden motives. And the more you work on yourself, the more sensitive you become. Once your spirit clocks the misalignment, there's no going back to pretending. Most workplaces reward obedience. But spiritual discernment is wired for truth. That's why you can feel drained even when your workload isn't heavy. Smiling through dysfunction. Shrinking yourself to stay employed. Eventually, that tension gets louder. Not because you're weak. But because your discernment is done whispering. This isn't rebellion. It's instruction. You weren't meant to spend your life on a hamster wheel just to survive. We just live in a system that convinced us that's the only way. This is why how you earn a living matters on the spiritual path. Growth requires time with yourself. And that requires alignment with how you spend your time. If this hits, I recommend attending the live calls with our coach @Franziska Preusche. She's sharing ways to make the most of the digital age and how to work towards making your money work for you instead of constantly trading time for survival. Our aim is to help you build sovereignty and alignment in all aspects. Health. Wealth. Relationships. Spirituality. We're constantly working on providing tools, coaches, resources, and perspectives to support you so you can take more ownership over your time and your life. The week is coming to an end. Something to reflect on this weekend.

I have had over 100 jobs so far in my life and this misalignment is something I have experienced in all of them. As a creative, I know what work I want to do but I can't seem to push the fear aside to take the plunge. I've been stuck for 25 years. I am about to start a new job, another 9 to 5 where it will start off as a new challenge, something different, and in 6 months to a year down the line I will be desperate to get out. It will be a struggle and the older I get, the more difficult it is to find new roles. I can't escape as quickly any more.

Thank you. I don't work on Sundays but I've missed every single call for some reason. I'm going to make every effort to attend the next one.
The Dance Between Division and Unity..
Happy Monday family ✨ Here's something to sit with this week. Everything in reality moves between two forces: division and unity. Things divide. Then they reunify. Then they divide again. Like a pendulum swinging back and forth. This is happening everywhere. In nature. In cultures. In relationships. Even in your own mind. Think about it. You're divided about what you want.. Do you want to be healthy or do you want comfort? Do you want peace or do you want excitement? We carry these internal conflicts every day. And here's the thing.. Unity isn't always peaceful. The process of things coming together can be uncomfortable. Even painful. Because we get attached to our divisions. We identify with them. And when they start to dissolve, it can feel like loss. But this is how reality works. Division creates an impulse towards unity. And unity creates an impulse towards division. It's a cycle. Always moving. Always balancing. The question isn't how do I stop the conflict. The question is how do I move with it instead of against it. Something to think about as you start your week. Is there any area of your life where you feel divided right now? 👇

Yes, I feel divided in 2 areas of my life. In one of them I am moving with the conflict, and in the other I am moving against.
