What’s ONE Plant-Based Swap That Changed the Game for You?
So many people think going plant-based means giving up flavor, comfort, or their favorite foods! It DOES NOT! To start, it’s usually one swap that opens the door to a whole new way of eating. I think when we think of getting started, shrinking what that looks like to make it palatable is necessary. 3 tips to getting started are to, check your mindset, have a practical goal, and a practical plan, regardless how simple or small. EXAMPLE: Mindset: Being healthy and eating healthy foods, supports not only my body, but my brain and ability to thrive Practical goal: Reduce mucus in my body that causes inflammation Practical plan: Swap dairy for plant based alternatives What’s one plant-based swap you’ve made that surprised you with how easy or delicious it was? To kick it off, here are a few ideas your answer could help someone else with: - Replacing heavy cream with coconut cream for richness - Swapping ground beef for seasoned lentils or walnut “meat” - Using chia or flax eggs in baking - Choosing oat milk for the creamiest coffee or smoothies - Making cashew-based Alfredo instead of dairy - Trying jackfruit for pulled “pork” texture 👇🏾 Your turn:Drop your favorite swap + how you like to use it.Someone in here needs that tip today!
Pre New Year check in
I want to check in—really check in. The holidays can look joyful on the outside, but for many of us, this space after the holiday and before the new year can feel heavy, quiet, or emotionally confusing. I’m noticing it in myself too. A mix of gratitude, exhaustion, reflection, and honestly… a little sadness. There’s no rush to reinvent yourself right now. No pressure to have clarity. This is a tender in-between space, and it’s okay if your energy feels low or your emotions feel mixed. Wellness doesn’t always look like motivation or momentum—sometimes it looks like pausing, acknowledging how you feel, and being gentle with yourself. 💭 If this resonates: How are you really feeling right now? Where are you in your wellness journey—physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually? If it doesn’t, Im curious to know what does this in between space look like for you from a wellness perspective? CTA: Share honestly in the comments. No fixing, no judgment—just space to be seen and supported. You’re not alone here.

Reshift, and Refocus
What does pouring look like in this season for you?
Somewhere on this wellness journey, I realized true wellness isn’t just what you pour out, it’s also what you allow God to pour back in. Pouring into others is beautiful, but being still long enough for His peace, His strength, and His healing to refill you… that’s where the real transformation happens.
