I’m feeling into creating a low ticket (under $20) virtual somatic breath work session focused on
grounding, nervous system regulation and coming back into the body—something simple, supportive, and accessible as we shed the final couple weeks of the snake 🐍 and enter the year of the horse 🐎.
It would be held live on Zoom (or similar) and designed to help you:
• soften out of stress
• regulate your nervous system
• feel steadier, calmer and more anchored
• reconnect with your breath + body in a safe way
There will be zero pressure to show up on camera, simply come as you are ✌🏻
