HIRING CLOSERS $8-$15k OTE
We're an agency that helps fitness coaches sell 1:1 online coaching. We're hiring 3 hungry closers for a one-call close environment on qualified inbound calls.
- OTE $8-15K/month: 10% commission on upfront cash collected, no base pay
- Warm YouTube leads, DM, call and webinar funnels
- 65%+ show rate, 50%+ close rate
- Offers from $3-4K up to $6-8K
- Full training from our Sales Manager before your first call
- Fully remote, full-time, 6 days a week, 40+ hours of call availability (EST hours)
You need:
- Proven sales experience
- To be fitness fluent and in good shape (on calls you're framed as a coach)
- Perfect English, organized, coachable and motivated by money
