Lou's intro post...
👋 Hi, I'm Lou. I live in West Sussex, UK. I have always been intuitive and had spiritual experiences as a child. However, I shut it down for many years.
Several years ago I had counselling with a lady who then became my Mentor. I had emerged through many years of hard work addressing trauma. Throughout this time I explored various spiritual traditions and psychological approaches, each teaching me something valuable.
This was my training ground! My mentor and I started working more and more with creative visualisation, and a whole new world opened up to me. I then studied Shamanism and Internal Family Systems, which gave me a toolbox of skills to work with myself.
I was guided to Only work on My Stuff..for Years!
I see now, that I was being made ready for what was to come.
Around 2022 I started to get "visitors" asking for help and sometimes dreams with messages. My guides showed me what to do. I have been taught directly by them every step of the way.
Last year, I sustained a neck injury that has meant I have not been working, and my "Clairs" have really taken off. Partly because I had an out of body experience, partly because I have learned to use meditation to deal with pain, partly because my energy field has been opened by the physical trauma and partly because I actually have time to work in the unseen realms now! I still have much to learn, but the time is right for me to come out of my hole!
So, that is why I am here..to be part of a community, to learn, to be supported and offer my support, heart and skills in this beautiful space. 🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍
