👋 Hi, I'm Lou. I live in West Sussex, UK. I have always been intuitive and had spiritual experiences as a child. However, I shut it down for many years. Several years ago I had counselling with a lady who then became my Mentor. I had emerged through many years of hard work addressing trauma. Throughout this time I explored various spiritual traditions and psychological approaches, each teaching me something valuable. This was my training ground! My mentor and I started working more and more with creative visualisation, and a whole new world opened up to me. I then studied Shamanism and Internal Family Systems, which gave me a toolbox of skills to work with myself. I was guided to Only work on My Stuff..for Years! I see now, that I was being made ready for what was to come. Around 2022 I started to get "visitors" asking for help and sometimes dreams with messages. My guides showed me what to do. I have been taught directly by them every step of the way. Last year, I sustained a neck injury that has meant I have not been working, and my "Clairs" have really taken off. Partly because I had an out of body experience, partly because I have learned to use meditation to deal with pain, partly because my energy field has been opened by the physical trauma and partly because I actually have time to work in the unseen realms now! I still have much to learn, but the time is right for me to come out of my hole! So, that is why I am here..to be part of a community, to learn, to be supported and offer my support, heart and skills in this beautiful space. 🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍

My name is Laura and I've been around on the Facebook group for a while. I've been having paranormal encounters and telepathic communications since I was a kid, so I've always wanted to understand what I'm experiencing. I was terrified as a kid, seeing apparitions, but then in my 20s I decided to start researching and investigating. This was the mid 90s, there wasn't a lot of resources where I lived back then. This was prior to the popular TV shows, so there wasn't very many teams and the community was pretty small. I have had a lot of encounters with folks on the other side, but its very random and unpredictable. I have been able to connect through meditation. I'm working on a book with my stories, with the hope that it's a resource for people who can relate. I needed that as a kid. I've had a hard time meditating since my daughter got sick but I need to get back into it. I look forward to getting to know more folks here and hearing all your stories!

Im a light worker. I transmute dark to light. Im awakening. I’ve always done this work but now I understand what I do better. I am looking for community and guidance to help me grow.
