1. Valentine’s Day is tomorrow - This article is about the story of St Valentine and is fascinating. 2. I’m currently reading Montaigne’s On Solitude. It’s fun, wild and has some cool philosophical insights. 3. I’m went without a smart phone for a week and posted a few reels on IG about it. 4. One quote I’m thinking about, “If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.” 5. I have been watching Perfect Day’s by Win Wenders. It documents the everyday life of a toilet cleaner in Tokyo. It’s about slowing down, family and separation, and finding dignity and meaning in work.
