I have a client that should be signing the agreement for me to do her Google Business Optimization, Google Review campaign, and her website with a DIY blog and DIY Newsletter, missed call text back, AI chatbot, AI voice for after-hours. With luck, I hope to be able to hopefully sell her on social media management (hers is very inconsistant, but semi active), a DFY blog, and DFY Newsletter. Turn this $297/month into $1,697 a month.

In person cold visit turned into a scheduled CNA , then proposal. I put together a business audit free and showed them where they needed to improve. They have a popular media company named town square handing their other location out of town and we’re supposed to be doing that this location but from my review shows they haven’t been updating their site, it’s bland, no info about their brands the carry. They were happy I showed them what should be improved and asked me to help. I agreed to build a new website for that location, create a QR code for them to use by the register until later when they want to turn on automations and set up and run socal planner for them 3x a week posting. I am going to spend an hour or two once a month to record some content and then schedule it all for the month. They said if I could show they better results than their other location right now they would give me that location as well. I know I’ll have that location in about a month or so. 🍾 Just wanted to share a win & say don’t be afraid of in person cold visits. Just be yourself, and don’t come off as a sales person. Position yourself as an advisor/consultant. Offer free tips off your heard when they come up, show them value. It goes a long way

I was teaching my Hermes and openclaw agent how to build nice looking websites with seed dance an ghl ai studio and claude plus seed dance. For ghl ai studio it plans out and build the site as a detailed prompt to give to ai studio, even though they have access to ghl through mcp I guess not ai studio yet. So I told it let’s try it with just Claude code and seed dance. I have a prospect I’m proposing to this Friday who have a website already so I told it to research and analyze the current site and build a new one. It created a one using mini max 2.7 and the other one using opus 4.6. They aren’t complete but definitely blew my mind on what it did by itself. It has access to deploy to a domain but I only pushed it to my GitHub for now. I never really offered logo design as a service but I have helped out some businesses before with theirs. I was scrolling a fb business group and an owner asked if someone could tweak her color for print. I opened up Gemini and got it done but also added detail so it would print better and posted it to her post not asking for anything in return. She replied asking if I could message her so I did. She said she loved it and wanted to hire me to do that logo and another one with her business name. I completed it and used vector ai and canva to generate high resolution printable copies for her and created a zip file with them and sent it over. One of the quickest $350 I’ve ever made. I think I’m going to promote this more now. Anyone provide logos as a service? How has it been going?
