Not sound quality required by Amazon
Hi! I use a different ad platform to upload my Sonder videos to run Amazon ads. Today I tried to upload a new great UGC ad and got an error message that the video’s sound quality didn’t meet Amazon’s basic recommended requirements. Has anyone else experienced this? Work around (that doesn’t require totally redoing sound? Thx!
