Hi, I was excited to try the create avatar feature for an Amazon Ad. However, it kept spinning until it said something to the effect of 'having issues..click continue'. (not those words exactly!). So I clicked [Continue] but the avator isn't right. It is a 30 year old women which implies the mother is at least 50 which isn't my demographic and the woman is smiling when my topic is self help. I would have changed the avator had I been able to see it. Now I have used credits for an amazon ad I really don't want to publish. Can something be done?

Hi, since Mike's last update, I started uploading 'manually 'to TT like requested. I am still getting 0 views. Is it me or is TT still an issue for getting views?

I may have hit upon something. I created a new 'creator' (female in her early 20s), and I gave her the emotion of sad because my topic is self-help. However, when the script was written, it was coming from someone who was educating the viewer, someone who works with high schoolers. (I know I have options to regenerate the script). But my point is, if I want to use that script, the age was wrong, the emotion was wrong. So now I wonder if we can have Sonder 'write the script' and then choose our creator, including their age, emotion, voice, etc so that it matches the script. This isn't a wishlist. Just an observation of my experience, and I wonder if it would help with our video creations. Thanks

My 26th Sonder post was for my Spanish translated book and it is my highest viewed video on my account! I’ve sold 30 books from this post so far and gained a ton of followers. Previously I was trying to find Spanish speaking creators but not many were interested when you have 0 sales. So Sonder fixed this 😎 Now I need to order more books!

I believe the following is the process: 1) that we can view our 'script'. 2) Then if we okay the script, the video gets created and we see it for the first time. We can either post or archive it if we can't use it. But, if we can 'preview' the video before it is published (as part of #1), that would be a great help. In the last one I created, I had in my script "I do." But it didn't sound convincing. I'm wondering if I would have put in caps, and then preview the video again, it could have sounded. Just mentioning it as a wish list. Thanks Team!
