Hi, I was excited to try the create avatar feature for an Amazon Ad. However, it kept spinning until it said something to the effect of 'having issues..click continue'. (not those words exactly!). So I clicked [Continue] but the avator isn't right. It is a 30 year old women which implies the mother is at least 50 which isn't my demographic and the woman is smiling when my topic is self help. I would have changed the avator had I been able to see it. Now I have used credits for an amazon ad I really don't want to publish. Can something be done?

Hi, I'm seeing this 'You already have 13 videos made and never posted — worth about 8,951 views.' I'm not sure why it is saying that. I may have one I didn't post because I found it was a dupe of the previous one made.

Hi, I was disappointed that the video I created earlier is almost identical to the first Amazon Ad video I created. It has some concept..'if you just came out of the office'...has same office chair....same message,...it is not a character flaw.....and same last screen. I want to see something different when I use a credit... I am trying another credit right now to see if a 3rd Amazon video is different. the first one was 7/19 and the first one today is on 8/11. Can you investigate please. again, this is why I wish we could direct the videos to different chapters/focus in the books...to avoid repeitition
