Need support - can't access yousonder.com

would love to updgrade my plan to annual, but I keep getting that previous message. I am able to get to your home screen. However, when I click on login, I then get the attached error message. I've tried deleted my cache and another computer. On my other computer I get a message that says your site cold be risky and might compromise my device or contain high-risk content. At your earliest convenience, could you help me out?
