I Shouldn't Be Having This Much Trouble

I have made three videos. The first one was usable, but after two days it has 56 views. I have been using TikTok for many months, so it is not because I am new. . The second one didn't show all of my B roll. It was 33 seconds. It was cut off before I showed the front cover. I uploaded a new B roll that was 31 seconds with my front cover visible for at least two second. The third video only showed 24 seconds of my B roll. I have sent emails from the Sonder app, but gotten no reply.I will not be able to use my Sonder-created videos unless I can figure out how to get it to show my B roll. I have not been able to figure out how to remove the B roll from the video and my entire B roll onto the video. I signed at the starter level to try it out. So far I am glad I didn't spend more on a bigger package.
