Shutdown / Freeze Constipation
Not everyone with constipation feels "stressed." Some people feel numb, flat, disconnected, or like they can’t get themselves to do the things that would help. That can be a freeze-state pattern, not laziness. If your body feels shut down, start tiny: 2 minutes of belly breathing, a few pelvic floor pulses, one gentle check-in with your body. Daily attention matters more than intensity.
