Help! Ever since completing the 144 integration, my nervous system has been more sensitive and overstimulated. I can't even watch sports, some movies or tv shows anymore because the anticipatory or suspenseful energy causes a system overload. Maybe it's another type of energy that I'm more attuned too now but I dont know. My body literally starts to panic and I get a headache. I already struggled with anxiety but now it's a lot worse. It is always hard to start and explain something people never heard. Still, it is very much connected with this or similar communities. Not only are connections.
