It's a real pleasure to have you here, and a few of us already know good things about the way you show up for your members. You're running your own community, and right now the piece you're wrestling with is the one almost every owner finds hardest: getting it to grow.

What stands out is how you're going about it. Rather than guessing, you want to look closely at the communities that are actually growing fast and learn from what they're doing right.
