In our writing salons, we follow the Gateless method:
🧘🏼♀️ We start with a quiet "settle in" so we can write from a place of calm
⏰ We give the prompt and everyone starts writing—go with the prompt or ignore it!
📝 We write for 15-20 minutes
🎤 A few writers share their work at the end—there's no obligation to read
💬 Listeners offer only positive feedback on what they've heard
