I sat down with Chen from Gallstones Tribe to find out a little more about the events he runs and, as usual with Chen, the conversation went in several directions! His upcoming webinar dives into gallstones from a Chinese medicine perspective. It is primarily aimed at Chinese medicine practitioners, but Chen explains that the first part is open to anyone curious about gallstones, whether for themselves or someone they know. But gallstones are really only one part of what Chen can talk about. With decades of experience in holistic health, Chen and his wife work across a huge range of areas, from physical health and herbs to supplements, stress management, wellbeing and looking at health from a rather wider perspective than we perhaps normally do. And his events aren't going to be dry lectures either. Chen reckons his humour is part of the deal, come along, learn something AND have a bit of fun while you're doing it. 😂 In fact, towards the end of our chat he threw down a challenge: Ask him a question he can't answer.
