Stop guessing and start measuring
I used to ignore my Skool metrics.
But guessing doesn't grow your group. Now, I spend just 10 minutes every Sunday morning looking at three specific things:
1. Active members. If this drops, I know I need to spark a new conversation or poll.
2. Top contributors. These are the people I need to DM and thank personally.
3. New members. I check if they actually finished my getting started or got stuck.
I don't obsess over the data. I want to know if what I did this week actually worked or not.
