Each week inside Skool Growth Lab, I pick a successful Skool community and break down what they're doing, what's working, and what we can learn from it. This week I looked at Spanish Fluency Club and one thing really jumped out at me. People aren't joining because they want more Spanish lessons. They want to actually speak Spanish confidently. So instead of just loading up the Classroom with more content, they give members 30+ live classes every week where they can actually speak, practice, get feedback and keep doing it. And I think the number of calls is interesting. Miss one? No big deal. There's another opportunity coming up. It makes it much easier for members to participate instead of waiting for the one weekly call. The big takeaway for me: Build your community around the behavior that gets your members the result. If you help people write, get them writing. If you help people sell, get them making offers. If you help people get fit, get them exercising. Sometimes we don't need to add another course or another PDF. Maybe we need to give our members more opportunities to actually do the thing they joined our community to do. I put the full Spanish Fluency Club Community Breakdown inside Skool Growth Lab. Each week I pick a new Skool so members can see how other communities are finding success—and, more importantly, figure out what ideas they can take and apply to their own group.
