You're exhausted. Not just tired — the kind of exhausted that doesn't go away after sleep. You spend money on everyone else and feel guilty the moment you spend it on yourself. Your schedule is full of other people's priorities. Your relationships feel one-sided but you keep giving anyway. Your confidence has quietly eroded because you keep breaking promises to yourself. And underneath all of it? A slow burn of resentment you can't quite name — because you're the one doing it to yourself. You can see it happening. You still can't stop it. That's not weakness. T hat's not selfishness. That's a nervous system pattern — and after 5 days in this challenge, you'll finally understand WHY you do this. Not to shame you. To free you. Because when you understand the pattern, it loses its grip. You stop feeling broken. You start making one small daily decision that actually sticks. 5 days. One shift at a time. 🇨🇦 Canada Day Sale — $5 CDN until July 5th (Regular price $9 CDN) https://www.skool.com/reset/classroom/0f0e93ce?md=af91d6aa059b491d81cc25e6e6a62a80

@Ina Tenniswood trying harder won't fix what is happening. It's a hidden place that we don't think is important to notice but when our nervous system is always activated it shows up in ways we would think is exhausted, not perfect, avoiding it or procrastinating.
Have you ever gotten close to a breakthrough in your business and then quietly pulled back right before it arrived?
Not because you ran out of strategy. Not because the offer wasn't good enough. But because something in you slowed down, got distracted, or found a reason to start over right when things were about to work. Imagine this instead: you finally understand why that happens and the next time you feel yourself approaching that edge, you recognize it in real time. You pause instead of retreating. You keep moving instead of starting over for the fifth time. That shift alone, just learning to see the pattern as it's happening, changes what the next 90 days of your business can look like. Right now, that ceiling is costing you more than you probably realize. It's costing you time, the weeks spent rebuilding something that didn't need to be rebuilt, the hours lost to a spiral of "why do I keep doing this." It's costing you money the launch that got pushed back, the offer you quietly let stall instead of pricing it the way it deserved. It's costing you to progress the version of your business you know is possible, still sitting one ceiling away, because the pattern keeps repeating before you ever get the chance to break it. This masterclass is where that changes. In one live session, you'll learn why the ceiling isn't a skills gap, it's a safety threshold your nervous system set a long time ago and you'll walk away with a real, usable tool to interrupt the pattern the next time you feel it happening. Save your seat for "The Leadership Ceiling: Why You Stall Right Before the Breakthrough" live, free, and built for the exact moment you're in right now.

@Ashley Melton I am curious to your answer... why do you say probably? Are you unsure if this has happened?

@Ina Tenniswood We need to understand that it's a safety mechanism and there shouldn't be guilt or shame. When we start understand the pattern to why we are doing this, we can use small tools to shift into a safer place and then we are able to push ourselves in a way we can have those breakthroughs.

@Ina Tenniswood Community can become a part of your support network.
I'm looking to collaborate with someone on a workshop.
One thing I've learned over the years is that some of the most powerful conversations happen when different perspectives come together. My work focuses on nervous system regulation, leadership, trauma-informed growth, capacity, burnout prevention, and helping people lead from a place that doesn't cost them everything. I'd love to partner with someone whose expertise complements this work. Some areas that could create a great conversation: • Leadership and communication • Business growth without burnout • Mental wellness and resilience • Boundaries and self-leadership • Team culture and psychological safety • Trauma-informed workplaces • Health, wellness, and sustainable success • Community building and connection I'm open to live workshops, trainings, community events, podcasts, or collaborative masterclasses. If you've been thinking about creating something meaningful together, send me a message or drop a comment below and tell me: - What do you teach? - Who do you serve? - What topic would make a powerful workshop for both of our communities? Let's create something that genuinely helps people move forward.
