Use monthly recaps to keep members engaged
Monthly recap posts can be the glue that keeps your community together. When you're transparent about what's happening, people feel like part of the group. Try this: 1. The Wins: Take your member's weekly wins and build a list showcasing them on their accomplishments and detailing what they were. 2. The Lessons: Anything didn't go as planned? If so, call it out. Showing you are real and relatable builds trust. 3. The Roadmap: Tell them what's coming next month. Give them a reason to stay excited and keep active. If you don't show the progress, people assume there isn't any. Have you tried this in your groups? What were the results?

The simplest way to keep members from leaving
It's really not about trying to constantly provide new content to your members. It's about being there for them if they need you. Try this: - Pick a day and put a 'Ask a Question', 'Coffee Break' or some other meeting on the Calendar. - You don't need to prepare anything, just be there in case someone needs guidance. Things may go slow at first, but over time they will pick up and your members will feel more comfortable to hop on and chat. Here's why this works better than building another course: - You can connect with your members and help solve their issues in real-time. - Members feel seen and heard (which is why they stay). - It takes zero prep time for you. Are you doing this in your groups?

Daily Growth Tip - Stop the wall of text
One thing I see some group owners trying to get engagement in other communities do is write a lot of text in their posts. If its too may words, people skip it. You want your posts to feel like a quick email to a friend. Try this: 1. One idea per line. 2. No paragraph longer than 2 or 3 sentences. 3. Use simple words. White space is your best friend. It makes the post feel "light" and easy to finish. When people feel like they can get through your content in 30 seconds, they're way more likely to actually read it. Try to break up your next post like this. What's the hardest part for you when it comes to keeping it short?

Stop overthinking your content (do this instead)
I used to have a hard time coming up with a brand new idea every single time I posted. It was exhausting and, really, a waste of time. When posting in directory groups, your getting in front of different people at different times. If a post did very well a few months ago, there's a good chance it will get just as much if not more engagement again. Every time a post of yours gets a higher-than-average engagement rate, save the post link (you can create a note just for these in your Notes section of the site). Wait 60 days. Rewrite the hook. Change the example. Post it again. It's a more efficient way to get more engagement out of a similar post. Do you save your successful content ideas?
