Power of gratitude
A beautiful reminder of the power of gratitude today. While supporting an older Client living with cognitive decline,we spent some quiet time in prayer at her local Parish before enjoying a gentle walk in nature.During our walk, she paused and said how grateful she was simply to be able to be outside, walking and appreciating the day. Our conversation naturally turned to gratitude—how nourishing it can be and how much joy can be found in life's simple moments.I shared a little of my own gratitude journey and she listened with genuine interest. It was a gentle reminder that meaningful connection, presence, and appreciation don't require grand gestures.Sometimes, the simplest moments become the most memorable.💗
Gratitude, Creativity & Community 🙏✨🫙👯
Still feeling the beautiful energy from last weekend’s Gratitude Jar event. It was such a fun and creative afternoon, with everyone — including myself — creating and decorating our own jars, while sharing in a warm, grounded, and meaningful space. The feedback afterwards was so touching. One beautiful reflection shared that the gratitude jar was already “working its magic,” bringing a sense of inner peace and a return to the true self. “I’m grateful to be part of your community.” This is what the Visionaries Club is all about: community, witnessing each other’s growth, and remembering that gratitude becomes even more powerful when it is shared. With Love and Gratitude ❤️

Mother's Day Inspiration ✨🎵🕺
Today, my daughter took me to see Michael, the new film about Michael Jackson, and it left me thinking deeply about what it means to create with purpose. The movie reminded me that true visionaries begin as children — bold, curious, unfiltered. Michael’s genius was born from that place: a mind that saw possibility everywhere, a spirit that refused to accept limits, a heart always reaching for something more. His journey is a powerful call for each of us to reconnect with our own inner child, the part that dreams freely and imagines without fear. As creators, leaders, and seekers, our greatest breakthroughs come when we honour that voice within — the one that whispers new ideas, urges us to explore, and dares us to believe in what doesn’t exist yet. When we listen, our work becomes more alive, more authentic, more visionary. With my hand on my heart, I say with deep gratitude — thank you, Michael, for gifting the world your everlasting music, your boundless creativity, and your fearless imagination. Your legacy continues to light up the world for dreamers everywhere. Dream it, Live it! From one of your greatest fans ❤️

Why I love the Season of Autumn 🍁❤️
The month of March always feels like a quiet turning point for me. Here in Australia, it marks the beginning of autumn—a season that naturally invites reflection, renewal, and a gentle reset. The intensity of summer eases, the light softens, and I can feel a shift in both energy and focus. It is a moment to pause, breathe, and consciously decide how I want to move forward as the year gathers momentum. Resetting Goals Without Judgment As we move through March, the year is no longer shiny and new. Some of the goals I set in January still feel aligned, while others feel heavy or outdated. And that’s okay. This month, I like to check in with myself and ask: - What’s still meaningful for me right now? - What feels forced or no longer fits? - What needs refining rather than abandoning? - Resetting goals doesn’t mean starting again—it means listening. I remind myself that growth is allowed to evolve, and clarity often comes when I slow down enough to notice what truly matters.

Autumn Skincare as a Ritual, not a Task 👩🏻 ❤️
As the weather cools, my skincare becomes more intentional. March is when I start preparing my skin for the drier months ahead, but I also use these moments as a form of self-connection. I focus on: - Adding extra hydration and nourishment - Supporting my skin barrier before winter arrives - Turning my routine into a calming ritual rather than another thing on my to‑do list These small acts of care ground me. They’re a reminder that slowing down doesn’t mean stopping—it means being present. ❤️
