Autumn Skincare as a Ritual, not a Task 👩🏻 ❤️
As the weather cools, my skincare becomes more intentional. March is when I start preparing my skin for the drier months ahead, but I also use these moments as a form of self-connection. I focus on: - Adding extra hydration and nourishment - Supporting my skin barrier before winter arrives - Turning my routine into a calming ritual rather than another thing on my to‑do list These small acts of care ground me. They’re a reminder that slowing down doesn’t mean stopping—it means being present. ❤️

I love this perspective as well Caroline—especially the idea of turning skincare into a ritual rather than a routine. There is something so powerful about those small, intentional moments of care. It's kind of nurturing in a more thoughtful way.The connection between caring for our skin and grounding ourselves feels so aligned… like it becomes less about appearance and more about presence.I will admit, I have been quite neglectful of my skin of late, excuses to boot, but with these beautiful reminders that these quiet, everyday practices can hold so much meaning, it has definately reignited my self care objectives.Thank you.
Why I love the Season of Autumn 🍁❤️
The month of March always feels like a quiet turning point for me. Here in Australia, it marks the beginning of autumn—a season that naturally invites reflection, renewal, and a gentle reset. The intensity of summer eases, the light softens, and I can feel a shift in both energy and focus. It is a moment to pause, breathe, and consciously decide how I want to move forward as the year gathers momentum. Resetting Goals Without Judgment As we move through March, the year is no longer shiny and new. Some of the goals I set in January still feel aligned, while others feel heavy or outdated. And that’s okay. This month, I like to check in with myself and ask: - What’s still meaningful for me right now? - What feels forced or no longer fits? - What needs refining rather than abandoning? - Resetting goals doesn’t mean starting again—it means listening. I remind myself that growth is allowed to evolve, and clarity often comes when I slow down enough to notice what truly matters.

Hi Caroline. This does seem resonate with me also, so deeply. March really does carry that quiet shift—less about pushing forward and more about tuning in and it's adapting this approach. I always hold admiration on how you frame things, particularly where you refer to it as a "reset without judgment", because that can often be the missing piece of the puzzle. We are so quick to label goals as “failed” when really they had just outgrown who we were in the previous months.I would like to think in small doses, there were some fulfilled goals nonetheless. That idea of refining rather than abandoning feels especially a powerful message as I set out to remind myself of this. There is something grounding about allowing the change in seasons to guide that reflection too.Slowing down just enough to ask those questions does take intention with a desired action, but it creates space for clarity instead of pressure.Such a thoughtful perspective—thank you as always for sharing it.
Finding Your Creativity 🌼
Last Sunday, it was a classic rainy day in Sydney, and I decided to practise a bit of self-care by wandering through the Art Gallery of New South Wales, where the Dangerously Modern exhibition caught my eye. The showcase celebrates bold Australian women artists from the early 1900s who broke boundaries and chased their creative dreams overseas. It was inspiring to see renowned names like Nora Heysen and Margaret Preston, and to discover lesser-known talents such as Agnes Goodsir. Surrounded by over 200 stunning works, I felt deeply moved by their courageous journeys and the way their vision helped shape art both in Australia and abroad. I left reminded that creativity requires bravery, and that every step towards our dreams—no matter what the weather—counts.❤️

Sydney: A Visionary Delight! 😎🇦🇺
Today was truly special as the Visionaries Club gathered for our very first in-person meet-up in beautiful Sydney! We spent a wonderful five hours together, starting with a cheerful early morning walk across the iconic Harbour Bridge and then savouring a picnic on the Kirribilli foreshore, right across from the Opera House. Huge gratitude to Lilian, Rosanna, Ros, and Paige for joining in and making the day so unforgettable. The weather couldn’t have been better—everyone enjoyed unwinding, watching the bustling harbour, spotting planes and helicopters, and sharing laughs while countless newlyweds posed for their wedding photos. I feel very blessed to have spent a fantastic day with amazing friends in one of the most beautiful harbours in the world! 🙏❤️

Honouring Nature 🌳
This weekend, as we marked Australia Day, I took the opportunity to immerse myself in a long, mindful walk through the bushland near my home in Sydney. While wandering, I gathered some delicate wildflowers, feeling a deep sense of gratitude and reverence for the natural world around me. The experience was a heartfelt reminder to slow down and truly notice the subtle beauty—the soft aromas, the gentle sounds, the tiniest details—that often go unnoticed in our busy lives. It was a nourishing moment for both body and soul, and I’m grateful for the chance to reconnect with country and honour the land we are privileged to walk upon.❤️🇦🇺

Spot on Caroline. Everyone, every part of nature, has a built purpose. Taking the time to acknowledge this, may invite gratitude into our lives. We are the lucky country afterall.
