Finding Your Creativity 🌼
Last Sunday, it was a classic rainy day in Sydney, and I decided to practise a bit of self-care by wandering through the Art Gallery of New South Wales, where the Dangerously Modern exhibition caught my eye. The showcase celebrates bold Australian women artists from the early 1900s who broke boundaries and chased their creative dreams overseas. It was inspiring to see renowned names like Nora Heysen and Margaret Preston, and to discover lesser-known talents such as Agnes Goodsir. Surrounded by over 200 stunning works, I felt deeply moved by their courageous journeys and the way their vision helped shape art both in Australia and abroad. I left reminded that creativity requires bravery, and that every step towards our dreams—no matter what the weather—counts.❤️

Thank you for sharing your observations. Could not be more appropriately themed. Glad you walked away from it feeling inspired. x
Sydney: A Visionary Delight! 😎🇦🇺
Today was truly special as the Visionaries Club gathered for our very first in-person meet-up in beautiful Sydney! We spent a wonderful five hours together, starting with a cheerful early morning walk across the iconic Harbour Bridge and then savouring a picnic on the Kirribilli foreshore, right across from the Opera House. Huge gratitude to Lilian, Rosanna, Ros, and Paige for joining in and making the day so unforgettable. The weather couldn’t have been better—everyone enjoyed unwinding, watching the bustling harbour, spotting planes and helicopters, and sharing laughs while countless newlyweds posed for their wedding photos. I feel very blessed to have spent a fantastic day with amazing friends in one of the most beautiful harbours in the world! 🙏❤️

Honouring Nature 🌳
This weekend, as we marked Australia Day, I took the opportunity to immerse myself in a long, mindful walk through the bushland near my home in Sydney. While wandering, I gathered some delicate wildflowers, feeling a deep sense of gratitude and reverence for the natural world around me. The experience was a heartfelt reminder to slow down and truly notice the subtle beauty—the soft aromas, the gentle sounds, the tiniest details—that often go unnoticed in our busy lives. It was a nourishing moment for both body and soul, and I’m grateful for the chance to reconnect with country and honour the land we are privileged to walk upon.❤️🇦🇺

Spot on Caroline. Everyone, every part of nature, has a built purpose. Taking the time to acknowledge this, may invite gratitude into our lives. We are the lucky country afterall.
The Visionaries Club Meet up
It was the first meeting of the Visionaries Club on Saturday, and I had a lovely casual catch-up with Lilian. We spoke about many things, ranging from ageing and moving through different phases of life to finding joy, true purpose, and the importance of working with leadership virtues. ❤️

January's Vibe 😎
Hope you’ve all had a wonderful festive holiday season and are enjoying the vibe of January. For me, January is a blend of quiet reflection, fresh starts, and a gentle, intentional pace. January feels different for me. It isn’t noisy or demanding — instead, it’s quietly strategic. I don’t feel that usual pressure to get results straight away, to impress anyone, or to rush about ticking boxes. What January gives me, and maybe you too, is something special: space. Space to clear my head. Space to spot patterns I’d usually miss. Space to stop and wonder why I keep doing things the same old way. While the other months seem to nudge me into action, January gently nudges me to make thoughtful choices. And I reckon it’s these quiet decisions now that end up shaping the rest of my year. I discovered that Janus, the Roman god for whom January is named, is depicted as having two faces: one looking to the past and the other to the future. He symbolises transitions, doorways, and new beginnings, making him the perfect figure for a month that invites us to reflect and reset. In Roman mythology, Janus was considered the guardian of gates and thresholds, overseeing all sorts of changes and fresh starts. What doorway or threshold are you standing at present?🚪✨

My dearest friend, I really resonate with this. January definately vibes a natural pause for me too. After the festivities, I owed it to myself to slow down, reflect, and reset before the year gains momentum. I am certainly embracing the quieter pace and hoping it brings clarity, intention (a word frequented in this space) and a stronger sense of alignment that I can carry with me into the months ahead. I simply adore the pic. Let me in on your secret and I will mimic for myself. 💗
