The month of March always feels like a quiet turning point for me. Here in Australia, it marks the beginning of autumnâa season that naturally invites reflection, renewal, and a gentle reset. The intensity of summer eases, the light softens, and I can feel a shift in both energy and focus.
It is a moment to pause, breathe, and consciously decide how I want to move forward as the year gathers momentum.
Resetting Goals Without Judgment
As we move through March, the year is no longer shiny and new. Some of the goals I set in January still feel aligned, while others feel heavy or outdated. And thatâs okay.
This month, I like to check in with myself and ask:
- Whatâs still meaningful for me right now?
- What feels forced or no longer fits?
- What needs refining rather than abandoning?
- Resetting goals doesnât mean starting againâit means listening. I remind myself that growth is allowed to evolve, and clarity often comes when I slow down enough to notice what truly matters.
