Brothers, Thursday's heavy bag boxing clip. It was again very hot in the gym again and for the third day in a row, other guys in their late teens also complained the gym was hot. I told them too, to complain to the manager and the constant complaining will force the gym to do something about the manager to do something to get the gym colder. I have been in gyms when it is hot close to where I grew up where they keep the indoor temps at 15°C, which is where I feel it should be, not 22°C where you are sweating the moment you enter the gym.
