CUT MEAL: Cookie Dough Yogurt Recipe
Hi Everyone! Found a recipe for some Greek yogurt that tastes/feels like cookie dough and wanted to share, itโ€™s great. 4 oz Greek Yogurt 0% fat 2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter 2 tbsp of sugar free maple syrup 1/4 oz Jello Cheesecake Pudding mix no sugar Dark Chocolate chips Comes out to about 20-25g of protein for less than 200 calories. Great for a cut!

This is essentially my breakfast everyday. Simple, tasty, easy to make and super versatile. Looking to add calories? Add real peanut butter, or more eggs. Want less calories? Ditch the granola, and opt in for only egg whites.

Reminder that diets donโ€™t always have to be chicken and rice and veggies. Had a protein packed, yet light breakfast and lunch. Decided to have a small treat, obviously not the best meal. Still fit my calorie goals, went a tad over fats, but thatโ€™s okay. Meal macros + daily macros as well.
