Hey everyone I hope your all having a goodday/night, I jus wanted to know if anyone has some advice on how they deal with their bad habits, I have some like nail biting and hair picking(is severe) & I just want to know what you guys do as healthy habits to combat feelings of anxiety,depression, boredom cus I feel like those are the reasons why I do these self destructive habits and if anyone has advice or tips I’d really appreciate it, Thankyou:).
