Healing Together is a trauma‑informed course for women rebuilding after loss, pregnancy challenges, abuse, chronic illness, or major life shifts. Combining lived experience and certifications, it teaches nervous‑system basics (fight/flight/fawn/freeze) and simple regulation tools—breath, grounding, orienting, gentle movement. Expect short lessons, weekly prompts, guided practices, and a supportive peer community. Not therapy, but real support and practical skills.
