After years of healing, I finally brought my body to a better place — but the journey wasn’t linear. I worked through multiple traumas, including the loss of my first daughter, and rebuilt myself slowly.
After her passing I found my amazing, supportive husband, and not long after we had our first daughter together.
I then became pregnant with my third daughter — a pregnancy that humbled me and tested my strength. I had to relive much I’d already worked through and fell back at times. Still, I keep showing up: healing is a BRAVE series of restarts.
I hold certifications and training to support women but I am not a medical doctor or therapist (NOT a substitute for medical or mental‑health professionals). I offer lived experience, practical tools, compassionate listening, and a community for those affected by abuse, loss, chronic illness, anxiety, depressions.
