Macros 3.26
Today was day one of what is going to be an intense week. Just under 1600 calories. Planning for more clean carbs tomorrow for boxing gym after work. I didnt eat all this for breakfast obviously I usually dont separate what I post in my fitness pal by meal. I just throw it all in there. I might take more time and break it up by meal now that im posting calories.
