Fasted until about noon and ate a little tuna before working out this afternoon. Had a nice post workout snack then dinner. About 1100 calories.
Slept good last night for the first time without any substances for probably about a year and a half, maybe two years. Asleep at about 1030 and slept most of the night no problem. Gotta keep this momentum going.
Wondering if the one larger meal towards later afternoon is helping with that...
